Ati vazut ca toate tarile serioase au drapel tricolor? Asta nu inseamna ca tarile cu drapel bicolor nu sunt serioase: Elvetia, Spania, Grecia, Suedia... China. Dar celelalte tari sunt leaganul culturii, civilizatiei, democratiei: Anglia, Germania, Franta, Italia, SUA. Atunci cand drapelul este arborat inseamna ca s-a intamplat ceva, desi ar trebui sa nu se fi intamplat nimic, sa fie obisnuit... O Obisnuinta. Drapelul pentru ochi si suflet este ca muzica pentru urechi si psihic... linistire.
